In 2004, when Congressman Morris Domogan first run for congress, we have witnessed the unity and perseverance of our kakailyans here and abroad. During that time, financial resources of Domogan was not enough to fund his candidacy. Friends and supporters willing to help flocked and came up with a volunteer camp.
